Artist News: Erika Woods
Last summer a call to artists went out to interpret the lovely angel statue at Crown Hill cemetery. Since I am forever intrigued by the winged creatures I participated. “One Angel, Many Visions ” was an exhibit at St. Luke’s Identity gallery in November and my work, “Bedtime Prayer” was included in the show.
It will be at ArtSplash gallery in December.

Artist News: Kathleen Rice
I am currently catching up with some commissioned work. I am painting a architectural watercolor featuring CRABAPPLE CREEK DAYCARE. This is a sort of montage of three buildings….it is a challenge but fun. I am doing two oil portraits….one of a fellow artist and friend and the other of Fr Vincent Lampert who is a Catholic Priest and also an exorcist. Very interesting. I’ll post them when I am finished.
This large abstract is in the gallery for December, it’s called “Joy”….
It speaks for itself. I am currently in two shows….One in Bloomington and one at the IMA with the WSI. Keeping busy and trying to catch up.
